A tempered weldable evodium steel band with high tensile strength and good ductility is at the heart of a joint-free Genuine BMW Flat Wiper Blade. The flex rails are manufactured from this steel band using complex reforming processes to form the backbone of the flat wiper blade.
Due to the steel consistency and the additional processing, the contour fits optimally to each respective windscreen curvature.

Genuine BMW Flat Wiper Blades are made of two different types of rubber. The micro double edge of the wiper lip, which is made from hard natural rubber, ensures a continuous, thorough cleaning performance whilst the rubber spine, made from soft synthetic rubber, ensures an especially smooth motion.
The durability and wear-resistance of the two component technology guarantees an excellent cleaning performance over the entire operating lifetime and ensures the wiper lip remains at the correct angle under all climate conditions.

Evodium spring rails reliably replace the conventional hinge and bracket construction. Icing of the bracket system no longer occurs since the metal frame and joint are omitted.

Innovative design
